New deck needed

We need a deck built at our newly completed house in Lincoln. We estimate the deck will be around 4m x 5.8m (around 23 square metres). Just a simple rectangle shape, nothing fancy, no steps needed and not very high off the ground (just to come up to the top of the foundation of the house). Open to whatever material will be cost effective (Kwila or a decent pine?). Does not need to be stained as we will do this ourselves. Construction only. Keen to have this completed ASAP.
