New Pergola

Need a new pergola built. Will not be attached to house, built over existing deck. Total span approximately 6.7m x 5.8m. 200x200mm posts. Thick outside beams with smaller inside beams. Beams to be squared off to posts (i.e. no overhang, see style guide pictures attached). Dressed timber, though need to discuss what type of wood (e.g. pine, macrocarpa etc). Photos attached: -3 pictures showing style requirements (i.e. heavy fixtures, square style) -Mock-up picture show's a basic mock-up of requirements. -Deck Guide shows the approximate location of posts & beams (in red dotted lines). -3 pictures showing the actual site. The deck was constructed upon house piles. If need to concrete in posts will have to remove some decking and work around the framing timber. I'm able to help with the project, not a qualified builder but handy.

Very happy with the result, Ian unfortunately had some injuries to deal with but brought in a subcontractor Corey who did a fantastic job. A few delay's which were mostly to do with materials, but got there and we're very satisfied with the job overall. Would use again.
