Would like to add a small and simple veranda at the rear of this 95 sq.m. 100 year old cottage, to suit the style. Probably clear roof. The main purpose is to offer shelter over the back door. The area, 47 West Coast Road, Sheffield, gets quite a bit of snow. I may be interested in extending the cover over the entire deck at the side of the house, if not now then at a later date. Would like the initial job completed within this financial year. I have also listed a job under 'fencing' to replace the front gate.
