Replacement of deck

We need our old deck removed, our courtyard lifted with a new deck to be laid in both areas (they connect). The surrounding fence needs removed and replaced with 3 gates and a new pathway laid. We are also wanting 2 separate clear roofs to be placed, one from the pathway to the front door. The other over the deck area which replaces the courtyard. When the old deck is removed we would like a drain to be paid underneath. We also need a dog area to be contracted. We would like all the rubbish and materials to be removed when the job is complete. For the deck, we would like to use wide treated pine beams and would like to use nails. For the fence, we would like to use thin treated pine beams and would like to use nails. For the gates, we would like to use thin treated pine beams and would like to use nails. The gates are to be placed on sliding runners.
