Build a deck

Hi there, I need to build a deck in my backyard (there's none at the moment) Approx 45 square meters on a flat ground. Height of the deck ~ 20cm. We plan to make a roof/cover above a part of the deck later (very tight budget) so we need to prepare some sort of foundation to make a roof later. We are open to options and generally looking to get several quotes with different types of wood and will decide to move ahead with one of the quotations in a few weeks time. Thank you!
