Large deck with 2 stair sets

Construction of a large ground level deck, extending an upper deck, and building 2 sets of stairs. All timber. Please see the aerial plan which has 1m measurements. The patio stones and existing synthetic cladding on the upper deck will be removed, along with the pergolas - the site will be ready to go. A site visit is a must to get a full understanding of the layout.
