Louvre Installation

I am wanting to purchase a louvre roof system for my deck from Trade Tested. These come as kit sets. I would like the louvre to be flush against my gutter (no legs) and then on the other side (end of the deck) legs attached so that it stands. Is this possible? My deck area is large so i would need to purchase 2-3 louvres kit sets and would need a builder to make adjustments so that it fits the size of my deck.
