Deck over Concrete Patio

We want a floating deck over an existing concrete patio and front entrance. This includes two planter boxes on either side and re-cladding of an existing concrete-block planter box by the front entrance. We want to use Outdure Ecodecking for the decking and stairs and for cladding all the vertical surfaces, including the planter boxes. *The pumphouse on the left of the deck in the CAD drawings is not part of the job.
