Deck Extension

I am wanting a detailed quote for a deck to extend from my verandah. Please include a complete breakdown of costs ie. how many hours of labor as well as a list of materials with itemised costs for each. There is an existing end balustrade that needs to be removed and relocated and extended around the new deck area of approx. 20m2 ( approx 6330mm x 3100mm) I want the new deck to match the existing verandah which has 80mm x 20mm decking. I also want the ballustrade to be matching. The work does not require a consent as it is approx 900mm off the ground. The house is a 1920's bungalow. No hurry to get the job done but next year sometime is fine.
