It's a 1950s house so happy with just a good quality pine deck (no knots) low to the ground, I've included drawing with measurements to help with quoting. Partially replacing old deck undercover (with a hatch for the sump) and then continuing out on the lawn. It may need a small digger to lower the lawn a little for right amount of breathing space for a low deck. There is also a downpipe for water capture to tank that will need to be changed to go under deck and then back up to tank. The water main runs from middle of tank straight to house and water-pump will be on deck. Ignore the 'boardwalk to drive and shed' in drawing as that's a nice to have thought, not required as part of quote. Happy with just main deck at this stage. Timing-wise happy whenever, but latest January? Off street parking available.
