Decking around pool

Decking to be installed around pool area. Some existing decking already in place. Need to have two steps from driveway to deck. Pool size 7x3.5m. One side 7m will just be finishing off as there is already existing decking there, the ,3.5m sides to have 2m of decking in each side. One of the 3.5m sides will need to have facing 40cm off ground with a built up wall to a height of 1.4m.. from ground The other 7m side to have 30cm (?) of decking and the rest planter boxes on the remaining 70cm off the fence. Attached pictures in terms of ideas of what I’m talking about.
