+- 4m x 4m Wooden Pergola needed

We are looking to have approx 4m x 4m white wooden pergola installed on our deck. Must have clear sheeting for roof and white wooden structure similar to pictures. Ideally only two support beams at front of structure with the other side joining with house. Looking for good quality at reasonable price, the build must be fully council compliant and water proof with guarantee. First two pics are of our deck where we want Pergola installed others are examples of similar Pergolas that we are looking to have done.
