2 Jobs to quote: 1) Hardwood deck to be built off the back of the living area - to join up against concrete patio - slightly raised so there will be a step up onto it. Dimensions: Width 4.5/ Length 3.5m Decking at approximately door sill height. Prefer the following: -Kwila -Basic galvanised and stainless fixings -Decking pre-drilled countersunk stainless screwed 2) Pergola - off Master bedroom patio (simplistic design like image uploaded) Width 3.3m / Length 2.1m Prefer: Treated framing Basic galvanised and stainless fixing We would like this job to be done ASAP - so please let me know timings if quoting. Available late arvo and evening for a job visit + Saturday morning.
