We need to expand the current small deck on the side of the house to potentially take a spa pool, the expansion will have to be solid with good foundations to carry the weight of the spa. The current screen will be moved out to the edge of the 2.6 side. The current deck is 2.4 x 2.0 the new deck will be 6.2 x 2.6.
