External Stairs to First Floor Deck

Construct external wooden stairs and landing to existing first floor deck according to Architect's drawings and Engineers structural design. Plans and structural specification will be provided. Work includes two 200mm diameter SED H5 Piles encased in 400mm diameter x 3500mm deep concrete footings, two 125x125mm square mid-span H5 Timber Posts set in 400mm diameter x 600mm deep concrete footings, and two 400x400mm x 600mm deep Stringer footings. Also construction of 15-tread x 1025mm wide stairs with --- Stringers (height 2.83m), and 1580x1250mm landing. Balustrade is not required - to be constructed under separate contract. Council consent is being obtained by owner.
