New Deck

I want the quote for a new decking to be built in my property. Job will include 2 decks,as seen in the attached file. A. Outdoor social area of approx 31sqm approx. B. in front of a sliding door. Area 2 x 2.7 - 5.4sqm approx. You could go to have a look the area, but it is very flat and not much of preparation is required. Could you please indicate in the quote what materials will be used eg, Pine, Hardwood or composite wood? I am planning to get this done ASAP. Kind regards, Oscar Barrero
