Orewa rental wanting deck installed 15 Dec-25th Jan18,(teacher home then) join deck to existing concrete landings each end of unit. 4.7 x 3mtr and .6 approx.height which will be one step (7") lower than the landings as different material used. Will attach to back wall with water outlets (need to be screwed for access if needed at this point and then each end attached to concrete landing then a step to the lawn.Wider pine planking to be used, looks better and also quote composite type. Just a neat and tidy job wanted by landlord on pension.Can pay for materials up front if needed and then pay labour only, if wanted.
