Large Lovely New Deck Requires its first Oiling & Protection

Hello I have a new deck that is made of Kwila (I believe). It is about 6 months old and we are looking at getting it stained in order to keep it in its best quality going forward as we have a new home. Are you interested in giving us a price with a view to the job being done? We are NOT tyre kickers or time wasters, but we do like to know what we are up for (and what the process involves) before committing. We WILL be checking your reviews and following up the quality of your previous work so anything there that helps will help you to secure the job. We are in Fairway Bay, which is a new part of Gulf Harbour. If we select you then we will most likely be looking to use you for regular yearly maintenance to keep our deck looking awesome. If you are also a carpenter etc there may be opportunity for other ongoing work as we are more settled in too. Deck is somewhat larger than pictured.

I could NOT be any more happier than I am with Etienne. He is extremely professional, gave me lots of options and information, knows his products and is a hard and honest worker.
