New Outdoor Entertainment deck

Looking at building a deck over the current concrete slab and a small section of grass (1 x 5 m) next to the house. The deck will need to be about 100mm high so that it is the same height as the ranch slider. The size of the deck is approx 40 m2 (approx. 8m x 5m). A spa pool (1242 Litres max capacity)will sit on the deck. There are also 2 man holes close to the retaining wall that will need access point on the deck, so creating 2 small hatches to open and access the man holes.
