Deck re-build and extension

I need my current deck removed and a new and larger one built in its place. The current deck is approx 9m x 1.5m. The new deck will be approx 35m2 and not quite a simple shape due to the angle of the house and the area to work with. I have included an aerial photo with the approx layout of the new deck to show the shape and size. One thing to note is that (a long time ago) an extension of the house was built on top of a portion of the current deck, so this will need to be taken into consideration. The deck doesn't need any stairs, but I would like a privacy screen on one side of the deck between the house and the neighbouring one. The current deck has this and I have highlighted this in one of the attached photos.
