New Deck and Rain Shed Build

1. we are planning to build a deck about 57sqm with a 5.9m wide stair. the site is 9.6x5.9m, one site is 0.6m high, the other site is 1.2-1.4m high we want as cheap as possible in terms of structure and material, guard railing on one site which is 9.6m long. 2. on one side of the deck we are thinking of a rain shed, integrated into the deck building, 5.9m long, about .2.7m wide, using transparent plastic shed. 3. we use the 88mm deck timber to seal the outskirt of the house pile foundation. numbers shown in photo, area is about 45sqm. we want to put the three jobs together
