Pool Decking

Block work and concrete work will be completed along with Glass works. We now need a deck as per the final rending picture and a wooden fence at each end as shown. Decking - Estimated “L” shape deck area to be 53m2 (see attached drawing) - Deck to be approx. 170mm off ground level - 26nos. of --- footings with --- timber piles - 150x25 Vitex decking allowed - All timber to be H3.2 - All fixings and hardwares to be stainless steel Timber Fence: - Estimated total length of 30m (see attached drawings) - 1.4m high timber fence allowed for as per elevation --- Posts --- - Rough Sawn timber allowed Pagoda design still yet to be finalized and added at a later date.
