Decking Restoration & Repair

My deck is getting pretty tired and I’m looking to have it replaced/remedied. At the ground level, the posts are half-rounds... yeah... the bearers are rotted in places and need replacing. I’m ultimately trying to decide whether to repair it or replace the whole deck, and to find the right person to do it.
