fixing the broken deck and unstable stairs

Some old rotten decking timberboards as per photos need replacement. This job can be easily done from the deck by buying the waterproofing deckboard. Also the short stairs need reinforcing and make it more stable. Simple job! Previously done by other tradies. I am expecting a fair price for having the the job professionally done to a good standard.
