Hi there, on the advise of a pest control contractor, I require a small hole (about the size of an A4 piece of paper to be cut into my ceiling. But it needs to me fully sealable again, with access later if required. I have a rodent problem in the ceiling of the two units where I live. Unfortunately the units have flat roofs and have no ceiling access. The contractor would like enough access to have a general look and place bait stations. He has suggested one of my cupboard ceilings might be the best non intrusive way to do this. Time is of the issue and obviously cost. I don't really know how the whole solution will look, so someone with some skill set in this area would be great! I'm sure it goes without saying we prefer professional and reliable work. Thank you!
