Front porch repair

We have a 1920's railway cottage with Gothic version of front porch. The front porch requires general refurbishment. The front decking requires replacement approx. 3mx1.5m. Some joist may need to be replaced. Stair foundations to be added and properly connected to the porch. Handrail to be added in the style of the deck rail. Decking extends under the posts and so the porch roof needs to be propped during the works. One corner of the deck needs to be raised 50mm. Some minor repair to spouting around the deck. Replacement of 4m of steel spouting above power lines.
