Our house is over 40years old and we had rennovations done approx. 20 years ago...and now we have rotten floor boards in the hallway and lounge that needs replacing. Carpet in the lounge shows no dampness however the floor boards feels like its sinking and possibly rotten. I'm sorry I don't have any photos to upload. I'm wondering whether someone is able to attend for a free quote.
