Quote for repairs

We need a builder to provide the cost of damage on a property we're looking to buy: 1. water damaged floors in kitchen, laundry, living room, hallway, bedroom and possibly bathroom and toilet. It appears that flooring has been laid over water damaged floors. The vinyl flooring and carpets will need to be removed to assess the cost of damage. 2. The trim and doors are water damaged in the hallway and laundry and kitchen area and will need replacing; 3. Down pipe is not connected to gutter at rear of the house; 4. Water cylinder is leaking and needs to be replaced; 5. Gutter guard is not working and needs to be replaced; 7. Couple of Barrage Boards on the end grain is showing rot and needs to be replaced; 8. Rubber needs to be replaced on some windows 9. Remedial repairs needed to maintain water tightness and prevent water penetration on cladding. 10. Rust evident on the carport and requires rust treatment and re-painting .
