Remove wall (about 2.3m) between lounge and kitchen to make it open plan. Use a supporting beam. Neaten up the top and sides. Then gib the kitchen ceiling and put in cornices to neaten the ceiling. Also, gib stop the ceiling. Then gib stop it. I will remove the kitchen cupboards and the kitchen ceiling.
