Inspection a must, to replace rotten beams/wall and complete other work - I have some rotten beams by our fireplace caused by a leak through the roof in our 1960's rental property. The beams and wall need to be replaced. The entire roof was replaced last year. This is our primary concern. Additional to this, we have 2 painted French doors which need to be fully replaced, a few interior door handles replaced and supply and install fence palings between concrete columns on the deck. We are ready to start work asap but a site inspection is a must. Please advise availability. Tenants are fairly relaxed when it comes to access. The address Is 132 Wyllie Road, Papatoetoe.
