1. New deck off existing deck - new deck size approx. 3.8m x 2.4m. We will need a quote for this. 2. We will redo the existing deck ourselves to keep the cost down. The only challenge will be ensuring that the decking matches. We will be using 90*19 premium grade from Timber Dealers to complete the job. 3. As per the photo's the deck will be extended off the existing deck between the steps and the double doors. I will remove the existing barbecue platform. 4. We are not intending to have a seat /balustrade along the edges. Existing deck height at its highest point is only 800mm.
