the deck is about H:3.5m x L:7m X W:4m. It was built 10 ago without building permit. Now in order to grant certificate of acceptance, some works need to be done to bring it to code. I got a builder checked the deck, the condition of deck is good. My engineer will provide a list of things that needs to do. However, It is reasonably urgent,so I need someone who can start working on this in July
