Baywindow repair

Maintenance work done to the bay window, the wood holding it in has rotted and needs replacing. I also have interior doors that need adjusting as some of them are squeaky and need extra screws put in and a handle put on one. Timeframe - preferably a.s.a.p. as i am then wanting to get the house reguttered.
