We have rimu flooring that we plan to have sanded/sealed, but before we do there is some remediation work required: there is 1 board that may need lifting up by a few mm, and there are also a couple of patches with particle board / plywood that we would like replaced with rimu timber before we get the sander in. NB the first picture shows the raised board (the fluff is from the previous underlay and has rimu underneath - we have tested it and it is asbestos-free - can provide verification) The 2nd picture shows the patch of particle board in the kitchen that will need to be replaced. There is also a patch in the laundry which has been fixed with plywood
