Repairs to water damaged flooring and skirting board

I'm looking for someone to repair a damaged section of flooring in a second floor bedroom. Water has got in between two weatherboards (pictured), and damaged a small corner of the floor - the damage seems confined to within two square feet. With a duct tape patch up job, the timber dries out. The section of the skirting board has softened and is easy to pierce with a screwdriver, and some of the wood directly underneath it has rotted away to create a hole. I'm keen to get this patched up to prevent any further/spread of damage. It would be a plus if you can give me advice on how to best deal with the gaps between the weatherboards.

Really happy with Goodgame Construction. Blair was easy to communicate with, and explained what needed to be done so that a layperson (me) could understand. He completed the job on schedule, and when a particicularly rainy day meant the outside part of the job couldn't be done that day, he made time later in the week to get it done promptly. I'd definitely use Goodgame construction again.
