Hi, We recently noticed a small ridge developing in the middle of the kitchen floor of our 1950's Wainuiomata home. We have wooden floor boards overlaid with large ceramic tiles. It appears a floor board may have lifted and is placing pressure on the tiles from below, several of which have cracked as a result. We're not sure if this is due to age, heat or water damage (we did have a burst water pipe in the general area approx. a year ago). We require a tradesman who can assess what has caused the issue and provide a quote for how much it would cost to fix the floorboard(s) as well as replace the damaged kitchen tiles (note we do have approx. 8 spare tiles for the floor that could be used). Thanks Regards, Craig
