Bottom plate replacement

Hi, we're after a builder or suitable tradesman to replace the bottom plate in our 1950s stucco home. I've known for some years that it has rotted out in some places and have now decided finally to get it sorted. We've already removed the interior linings and cut the floor back in the study and lounge so the work can be done from inside ( see photos ). Basically 2 thirds of the house will need to have it replaced. I would look at doing this myself but I'm finding my weekends are to precious at the moment . I can help though by removing linings carpet and floor boards and can supply materials if thats is preferred. The reason for doing the work from the inside is so there is no damage to the concrete cladding .
