Deck Restoration

Hi, We have a deck that needs restoration. There's alge/mold sitting on the deck and would require a good cleanup job, including painting/oiling the deck. Additionally, I would also like to get the walkways clean/washed. Would appreciate the quotes please as I would prefer this to be done in Spring as opposed to winter or rainy season.
