Sagging Ceiling Investigation (and Repair?)

Kia ora, The ceiling in one of the bedrooms of our 60s house has started sagging in one place. We had additional ceiling insulation installed in late 2020. We are hoping for someone to be able to have a look, investigate what is causing the issue and suggest appropriate repair options as needed.
