ECE centre -replace rotten timber windows frames/bottom slats

We have two maintenance jobs to be done: A/. To replace the rotten timber on both the window frames and the lower timber slats on one end of our building. B/. Asbestos under floor - we need to remove a very small amount of asbestos debris (0.3 m²) and repair timber skirting to prevent access. Asbestos type: Chrysotile (report available).
