Replace Rotting Bathroom Floor

The flooring in my bathroom surrounding my shower has slowly been rotting for a number of years. The rotting wood would need to be removed and replaced. It's a very small bathroom. Apologies but I'm not quite sure of the extent of the damage, or what precisely will need replacing. But I think it's just the area surrounding the shower. Picture of bathroom is attached.
