Replace floor in hall and bathroom

We had a hot water cylinder slow leak and the floor (particle board) has been damaged, in the bathroom and hall. the particle board is soaked, and you can see the water stains from under the house. We’re getting a builder report via insurance detailing the damage, but we’ve been advised it would need replacing. Only have photo of the hall, taken at least a week ago. Because this is impacting the key area of the floor and I’m worried it could give if someone walks on it, we would like this seen to as soon as possible.
