Fascia replacement #3

Fascia replacement and drip steel installation for my house located in Taita. The existing Fascia has started to rot. Though the rotten wood dries out when it stops raining. This means that the wood can still support the gutter's weight. Along with the new Fascia, it needs a drip steel to prevent water overflow in a case of extreme rains. House is 1950's built. Roof is concrete tile. House is undergoing external paint work. So, the painter can manage the priming/painting. Can arrange viewing.
