Repair Bay Window Roof, Ceiling, and any water damage

As seen in photographs, the bay window roof leaks into the house and has damaged the ceiling and possibly internal roof rafters. The roofing area of the bay window is approximately 2.25 meters. There might be some spouting that will need to be removed. We would like to replace the roof in the most economical way that could be replacing the current roof with corrugated iron and associated flashings or replacing and repairing like for like. We would like to repair the internal ceiling with either the original textured roof tile or gib as an acceptable alternative. See photos attached named Bay-Window-Roof.
