Repair to floor Joists

There are approximately 25-floor joists that have water damage. We would like to repair these in the most economical way possible. The floor joists are approx 130 x 50 mm. The water damage reaches approx 500mm from the left-hand side of the house. To attain access to the damaged joists we assume you will have to remove some of the native timber floor boards which we would like to replace once completed. See photos attached as Floor Joists.
