Deck upgrade

Looking for quotes for a deck refresh. Refreshing current deck and privacy fencing/gate around the deck exterior. I hope to use the current deck base and just replace the decking. Interested in looking at composite decking but open to discussing other options other more cost effective options. I have attached a photo of what I would like (or similar) for the fencing around the deck. The deck is roughly 4.7m x 5.7m Timeframe - I would be interested in this commencing as soon as possible dependent on cost.
