Investigate repairing bathroom leak.

There are signs of water seeping into the floor in the cupboard adjoining the shower. Need to find source and do the repairs. Depending on what is found, there is the potential to turn into a bathroom renovation. While not requiring an immediate start, obviously we want it done as soon as possible.
