Fix rotting wood around the door and wall

Door going to the back garden from the rumpus room has started rotting around the frame. This has caused the door locking mechanism to fail too. One of the walls in the rumpus is rotting too possibly caused by the condensation produced by the rotting door. Might pay to visit and check it first. There are also other carpentry repairs around the house that we want fixed.
