Hang and vent new dryer

I need a brand new dryer neatly hung and vented to the outside by Easter at the latest. The trades person recommended by the retailer has not returned calls or emails for a week now and I don't want to leave it too late to find someone to do the work because of the Easter deadline. The wall area for the dryer is facing the camera, there is a cupboard to the left of the photo. I will leave it to the builder to determine the easiest and best way to vent the dryer. Could go up through the ceiling or through the cupboard or there may be another way. Exterior wall is hardiplank. Dryer is F&P, I have the brackets, but no venting kit items until it's clear exactly what will be needed. The wall will also need wood for the dryer brackets to be attached to. If it's nice wood it can stay bare, if not preferably painted gloss white. In addition, there is a small repair job to replace the rusted hinge on the wooden letterbox flap or if that's not possible, to replace the wooden flap completely. It's my elderly mothers house so I need the job to be level and tidy.
