Replace 2 Waterdamaged Exterior Timber Planks

The work I need done is replacement of two rotten planks under my conservatory. There are a couple small areas of water damage so if the expert thinks it could be cut out and patched that is also possible. Please see the 3 attached photos which show the conservatory in question and then the rotten areas on each of the planks immediately beneath the windows both parallel to the street and perpendicular.
